Morning goal reached!

Exercise ~
Stationary bike for 30 minutes and squats, sit ups and lifted wights for 20 minutes.

Diet~
Breakfast - juice, cottage cheese, fruit and tea
Lunch - Chicken breast sandwich and baked chips

Journal~
I spent the night at a girlfriend's house and she made some fresh squeezed fennel, lemon and green apple juice - delish! I'll need to get the recipe to share :)

I am pretty worn out today though. I need sleep, sleep, sleep. My skin feels dry and I'm stressed about work - all week it's been Energy and Commerce Committee work and funding...or rather cutting to...the Federal Gov. Next week, I go on a fact-finding work trip though - excited!
