Waldorf Salad and Squats

It's a new day. Still tired from a late work night and only got about 5 hrs of sleep, BUT I've started the day off right with green tea and and apple, almond and cranberry Waldorf salad. It's not homemade, but still yummers. :)

The salad seems pretty simple to make at home -

Chopped green and red apples, almond slivers, cranberries and
grapes mixed with cinnamon and light mayo. Served on chopped romaine lettuce. Light and vegetarian. I think mine has a little sugar mixed in for sweetness. Love it!

Excercise - my plan today is to do a little mid-afternoon workout. I'm really liking the new squats I do - doing one forward lunge at a time and passing a 10 lb wight under my thigh. Just 8 of them and I'm wiped out!

It's so random for us to be in session on a Friday, but some of the abortion, health law, and EPA debates are interesting!
